Update: Pedestrian injured in head-on crash with bicycle

Officials tell us a 65-year-old male was hit head-on by a bicyclist riding down a hill in the 2300 block of Beacon Hill South Tuesday evening. The man was finishing his climb up a staircase that ends at the bottom of the hill.

The pedestrian was unresponsive when medics arrived. He was taken to the hospital.
